The Storm Shadow (known as SCALP-EG in French service) is a long-range, air-launched cruise missile developed by MBDA. It is designed for precision strikes against high-value and hardened targets such as bunkers, airbases, and command centers.

With a range of approximately 550 km, the missile allows launch aircraft to strike targets without entering heavily defended airspace.
